The Milwaukee Art Museum is Milwaukee’s iconic symbol. Overlooking Lake Michigan, the impressive Quadracci Pavilion, designed by Santiago Calatrava, features a movable screen with a 217-foot wing span. The museum features 20,000 works from the Old Masters, German Expressionists, Haitian artists as well as a large collection of works by Georgia O’Keeffe. Other noteworthy museum sites are the War Memorial Center and the Cudahy Gardens.
